  1. The photo is a sight for my sore eyes! I am so ready for everything to green up. The Haiku is so inspiring! I hope this weekend will be full of new and unexpected blessings. 🙂

    1. Thank you so much Dennis…I wish it for you also. It’s funny…when I was younger I never thought of peace (Except for the peace sign of the 60’s/70’s…but I didn’t really get what that meant) now crave peace…it speaks to my soul <3

  2. Hello Laurie, this was the perfect read to start my day. A day full of promise, as each day is, while being gentle to myself so that the default for each day is: Rise & Shine. Hugs, Harlon

    1. I like what I hear, Harlon…A LOT!! 🙂 I wish you many blessings from the heart when you hear those beautiful words. I, too, am learning the gift of being gentle with myself…I think it may just be a huge key in healing!! <3

    1. Hi dear Brad! Yes…looking up…I am trying to look up even when I feel a little down 😉 The key I suppose is to “be” with whatever appears. Much love…have a fantastic weekend! <3

  3. Sweet and lovely Haiku Lorrie. That’s my favorite way to start the day. In the peaceful oasis of my quiet time first thing in the morning. Ahhhhhhh.
It’s so great to be back and up on WordPress. How are you and your mom doing?
    🙂 <3

    1. Hi Staci!!! Welcome back 🙂 🙂 You were so missed! We are both getting used to the “new normal,” thank you for asking. I hope you are all settled and the time you spent with your Mom was fantastic. Much love to you, dear friend <3 <3

    1. I’m glad you could feel it 🙂 There was a giant egret who walked around the pond ALL DAY!! He would meander at the water’s edge looking for a tasty morsel 🙂 Have a super beautiful Sunday <3

    1. Hi Maggie!! Thank you so much …I am happy you enjoyed it 🙂 It was a lovely view and I was very grateful to be able to see it for a couple days. It was full of serenity and it helped restore some balance in my heart. I think of you often…and when I do I say a little prayer and send you a bunch of love <3 <3

      1. Oh, thank you so much for the prayers and love. I too think of you often and always have you in my prayers. Hugs and love to you.

    1. Hi Val! There was something very peaceful…and yet, cleansing…as the force of the water erupted in the air!! Thanks so much for stopping by 🙂 Hope the weather is getting ready to be spring up there <3

      1. Cleansing a is a great description Lorrie 🙂 I think I brought Spring back from Florida … but don’t tell anyone in case I got it wrong … 😉

  4. I share others climate envy, Lorrie. One question, though. (Assuming you live near this hidden cetacean wonder.) How big is that pond, that it could hold a whale capable of producing a spout like that! That’s amazing!
