Nature is such a powerful tonic, isn’t she!? In a sense that awareness is all we need. Moving into nature was always an instinctive response for me when times were tough. The shape of the leaves, the tapestry of the forest, the movement of the sky and the birds. It all has something to say, and if we listen, it’s a bit like receiving everything at once…
