As the moon rises
I had to take a later walk than usual, and much to my surprise as the sun was setting in the west, the “snow” micromoon was rising in the east.
A perfect sphere framed by two palm trees; she lit the sky with her vibrant shine.
The setting sun, done with it’s work for the day, gave way for the micromoon to take over the night sky. As she lowered herself past the horizon she left behind hues of red and blue.
My first attempt to capture the lighthouse at dusk revealed the strangest orbs I have ever seen in a photo. Can’t help but think that Angels like lighthouses too!
May the reflection of your soul always be bathed in light. I love lighthouses. It makes me think, “May there always be light in your house.”
A rare nighttime photo of The Honey Fitz, the presidential yacht most notably used by JFK. Other US Presidents who used the yacht include Truman, Eisenhower, Johnson, and Nixon. The 93 foot wooden yacht was built in 1931. She is quite impressive.
As the micromoon (the smallest moon of the year) reflected on the water, the boats were docked for the night.
A mystical blue hue is detected as the majestic beauty of the Snow Moon (named so because February historically has the most snow in the northern hemisphere) looks on in the distance.
As the clouds started to gather, a luscious palm framed the shot and it started to look like snow in the sky.
With pink, purple, and gray the clouds made the sky a kaleidoscope of colors. The energy was magnificent!
The moon did shine as the energy from her light emanated into space. She lit the sky with her brilliance, and I was full of Blessitude that the circumstances of the day made my walk occur at the perfect time to see and feel this magnificent moon!

If your mind is clouded with doubt, it’s time to sit quietly and access your connection with Spirit. All the answers you need are available to you. Most times they exist inside but get buried beneath the thinking mind that does not always have your best interests at heart. Get quiet. Connect with Spirit. And then forget about it for a little while. At some point later in the day, you will suddenly have clarity and you will know exactly what direction to take.
ALL OF LIFE MOVES GENTLY AND FREELY. I RECEIVE WITH OPEN ARMS! AMEN

Ah, Miriam 🙂 Thanks my friend. I love that you could feel the incredible energy of this spectacular moon! And yes…those crazy orbs!! I have taken to snapping the shots and not looking at them until I get home. When I saw the photo with the “Angel Orbs” I was astounded! I’ve seen many an orb…but never any like that!!
I know you are “outanabout” exploring and I couldn’t be happier for you. What a wonderful life!!! Here’s to living life in a way that speaks to our souls!!

The lighthouse brought back a memory of a blogger friend who called me her lighthouse during grief. Sadly, she died a year ago and I miss her very much. Seeing that image reminded me of her post.

Oh, Judy…so much here in your response! First, I am thrilled that the message at the end of the post spoke to you! I just had the thought to do a card pull…and then just write about it. I bet money it was for you!! And, YES!! I see how people would view you as a “lighthouse!” You are someone who has traveled this earth and dealt with great issues that have not hardened you. You always, even in your grief, shine a light for healing and that is a God given gift!
I am happy that the lighthouse reminded you of your friend…know that she is always with you!!

I’ve been weathering and life-ing pretty well. Sure it has its moments that include the whole spectrum! I am aware that I’m making progress and headway regardless of the challenges and obstructions and probably even because of them! Learning more about so many topics it’s a little bit ridiculous but I will persevere! 💗🤗💕🌈. This life is really really a blessing and I love having you in it with me! 🥰

I was so happy to find this beauty, it was so unexpected. It’s funny, I have long been interested in the moon and her phases, but have not studied it yet. After the serendipitous meeting the other night, I might have to move that up on the list.

I have one little hiccup, my unit faces west so I never see the moon rise in the east unless I happen to be out and about that way. But in my wanders through the night I get a full blast in the early hours of the morning. It is beautiful to see her light up the lake, it becomes another world. I get along with the moon well, I am a Cancer with a Cancer rising so we sing the same tune, even if a little strongly 🤣

That’s a lot of moon in your chart, Mark!! I’ve got a little Cancer in my chart…can’t remember if it my moon…or rising. It’s been a while since I dabbled…like a LONG while!
It must be incredible to view the moon shining her reflection in your lake! I used to have a little lake behind my condo before I moved…I remember how the moon would shine and reflect off the water…so beautiful 🙂 Now I have a beautiful park-like setting off the back patio…it’s still nice…but I miss the water a little.
Life is great…and I am grateful for my home no matter the view!!
