Oh…to move through life With Grace & Ease.  To understand there will be peaks and valleys and to move effortlessly whether we have resistance walking uphill, or have momentum walking down.

A few years ago I took a course called, “Beyond Limits,” which was based on the teachings of Ernest Holmes’, Science of Mind.  We learned how to write a ‘spiritual mind treatment’ which includes the components of:

Recognition * Unification * Realization * Thanksgiving * Release

In this time of giving I offer you the following blessing which comes from my soul.  May you feel the love and subsequently, move through life With Grace & Ease.

With Grace & Ease

A Spiritual Mind Treatment

I recognize The Magnificence of Creation, The Universal Mind, God.  This spirit is full of love and honor for all that it creates.  This Universal Mind is balanced, and flows With Grace & Ease, exhibiting all the qualities of perfect health and well-being.  This Magnificence of Creation is Love.

I was made by this Perfect Love and, therefore, it exists inside me.  I move through life in this energy with perfect grace and ease, knowing that which I came from joins me to it and we are one, forever.

Therefore, I see and I know that my body heals all things and I walk through life in love and in perfect health, With Grace & Ease.  The beautiful flow of life courses easily through my veins, and my muscles and joints are strong and flexible.  I honor my beautiful body as the temple of my soul and I communicate with it, freely.  I love, honor, and respect my temple, and I make perfect decisions for balance, well-being, and perfect health.

I am Blessitude, so blessed and full of gratitude for this healing, for this Truth that exists in my soul.  I accept this good with loving kindness to the core of the cells that make up my body, and to the essence of my soul.  I feel this creative word move through me for the highest and best manifestation.

I release this prayer, these words of creation, into the Universe, the wonderful law of God.  I let go with beautiful knowing that God will do the perfect work.

It is Done!

And So it Is!

    My writing blog will return in January 1st 2018. Raw and Uncut. Pure honesty and truth regarding my life. Then again I never sugarcoat anything. Life is hard hitting thus so am I.

      2. My coworker Logan passed away from cancer earlier this month. Last year I saw Logan sitting on the bench outside the locker rooms crying. Another coworker was comforting him. Of course I immediately went over to comfort him. At the time I didn’t know that his father had committed suicide and he had cancer.
        Logan grieved his Dad and his own cut short life. Whenever I saw Logan I tried to encourage him. But he knew that the end was near. God finally took Logan to his eternal home. No more pain.
        Many if not most humans will only achieve harmony and peace in the next world.
        I believe that’s why the Bible says, “Oh death, where is that sting? And grave, where is thy victory?”
        In death is the harmony, the balance, the peace not given in this life.
        Rest in Peace Logan.

        1. Ugh! Some people have so much to go through here in this life. I believe EVERYONE has something…but some sure seem to have more than others.

          1. Logan was a wonderful coworker and a great guy. He will be missed but now he’s in a better place.
            The plan is for Stephen to come over from Friday to Sunday. We will have fun together.

  11. Ah I opened my email this morning and started to read. I find it difficult to read in the email and need to feel the wholeness from you post. I have opened and read with so much soul love and thank you it is a piece of information about the mind I have being trying to come to terms with for sometime. I have been speaking recently with a friend who comes from the mind and I from the soul I can see how we are able to unite the two. Grateful Lorrie for your insight on this. May you find peace and blessings through the festive seaon and 2018.

      I think as a writer, it seems I do it because I HAVE to do it for me, but the real gift is sharing it and knowing that it touched someone else. What a gift!!!
