Wow! I really love this!
Hi Carol!! Thank you 🙂 I hope you are doing well…and wish you a beautiful weekend!! <3
To you too, my dear! 😀
Listen to sea waves and wind blows?
They speak to my heart! 🙂 Thanks for stopping by…have a super weekend! 🙂 <3
🙂 I see. Welcome and also wish you to have a super weekend 🙂
We should all listen when we are lucky enough to find that edge
Yes! Kim…it is an amazing place. Sometimes we hear things that may be hard to handle or hard to believe. But this is where truth lives! Hope all is super <3
Listening is good, but what did you find? XD
That Brad, is the one million dollar question!! I listened and I was reminded of something I already knew…but had forgotten (why is it so hard to remember?????) And I was reminded that I can help other people. ..but not to the exclusion of myself. That if I don’t take care of myself then I become a burden to those I was trying to help in the first place!! It is a bit of a paradox…with the most important piece of the puzzle being that I am worth the self love and the self care to the exclusion of any other person or thing. 🙂 Are you sorry you asked 😉
Much love Brad…hope you have a great weekend! ! <3
No Lorrie. I’m glad that you found these great insights. It’s important to take care of ourselves. We are definitely worthy of love. <3 We are love in motion. 🙂
Lovely!!!! I’ve been led there myself (my edge, not yours – though between us both, one never knows who’s edge we are on) … however, unlike you I tend to not stop and listen – maybe you can teach me? Loved this Lorrie – and I’m so glad that yous stopped and listened. <3 🙂 <3
You hit the nail on the proverbial head Kim!! I think this is my lifelong learning…and it amuses me that it wasn’t even on my radar until this late in my life!! I am beginning to make sense of being an empath…and I really need to learn whose energy is affecting me. For years I thought it was all mine. I am thankful that I now have understanding that it’s sometimes other’s…but I need a lot of work figuring that out. It feels like a blessing at times…and a curse at others. Progress….I just have to remember what it felt like when I thought it was all mine!!!! Ahhhhhh!!! 🙂
I will say many prayers for you this week!!! Much love…much happiness! ! <3
Peaceful, it’s the word that immediately came to my mind… blessitude is inner peace, wonderful poem, wonderful feeling, wonderful Lorrie! Have a super weekend and remember I ♥ you 🙂
Hi my dear Frédéric Georges!! You know…I just wrote Georges and it reminded me of gorgeous! !! I love that word…and I love thinking about it in reference to you!! You are my Mr. Magnificent of the Gorgeous Heart!! Yes!! I like it! That is your “Knighted” name in the Kingdom of Blessitude!! (I really mean it…but as I read it back I wonder if people will worry that I’m still taking those powerful drugs!!! 🙂 🙂 )
Thank you my friend. ..you are very special to me!! <3 ♡ <3 ♡ <3
WOW WOW WOW I imagine I’m a knight but unfortunately I’m not, but I am your friend, and it’s quite enough 🙂 I do thank you!!! ♥+♥=♥♥ 😉
I think your title should have started with “Sir”… 😉 Much love dearest <3 <3
Arrrgh we should all stop and listen.. especially when we are led to the edge 🙂
Blessing for a great weekend too x
Hi Sue. The edge is quite a wonderful place…isn’t it? I look back and I’m thankful for the time I spent there…so much to learn! <3
Yes, a reason for everything isn’t there 😀 Enjoy your weekend Lorrie.. xxx
Coming to that place in our inner landscape is powerful when we pause and listen. Thank you Lorrie for this beautiful Haiku <3<3<3
Thanks, Val!! You stated it so beautifully…I knew you would <3
Lovely Lorrie. It seems so difficult for people to stop and actually listen to their mind, or to nature, or to what really matters in these modern times. I watched a Ted Talk the other night and something the man said really hit me, and I had a ‘Eureka’ moment. He said that we are, “addicted to distractions”. It is so true. I have even recognized that in my own prayer and quiet times lately. My mind has been so full and rapid thoughts raging in and out of it like there’s no tomorrow. I love being still and knowing that He is God. The peace and the stillness of mind and of spirit – there’s nothing like it. Oh God, bring me back to that place. Ummmmm, maybe at this beach. Once again you’ve made me jealous with these photos, my dear.
Ohhhh….I don’t want to make you jealous. ..no no no! Today I drove by and the color was so fantastic. ..incredibly aqua…and cerulean….ah!!!! I had to stop to snap a few photos even though I was late for an appointment!!! I could not resist….it is all about the art 🙂
I love your words…I love your enthusiasm. And what a brilliant observation…addicted to distractions…seems I was proof of it today when I was so distracted by that beauty! 🙂 Your words of spirit are lovely and I know exactly what you mean. May you experience this peace and connection this weekend, Staci!! <3 <3
This distraction of yours is exactly the kind of distraction I would LOVE. The beaches here are breath taking. Who knows? Maybe in February I’ll get the chance (my mom’s coming to visit – YEAH!) You can’t come all the way to Brazil and not go to the beach right. hehehe
Have a lovely weekend Lorrie.
Oh…absolutely! ! You must plan a trip! 🙂 <3
Few words, numerous thoughts! Thanks, Lorrie!
🙂 Thank you!! The “few words” part is unlike me…that is why I like the challenge of haiku. Have a super weekend 🙂
Hi, Lorrie. Yes, the “few words” thing is not my style either. I always say “why use 50 words when 500 seems much better!”
But it is good to learn that in some cases fewer words can have a bigger impact. I guess word management is something like good time management…
Talk to you later, hope your weekend was super!
Love this 🙂
Yes…great weekend, thank you!! Talk soon!
I always look forward to it!
Have a super day and hug your sister for me. It will confuse her since she doesn’t know who I am, but it may be fun to watch her reaction!

Hi Barbara…Thank you!! I appreciate you 🙂 Have a super beautiful weekend! <3
Oh, Lorrie, this brought me so much peace. Today is the last day of my vacation and already the ‘stress’ of going back is beginning to set in. Your words made me breathe out…reflect on my good fortune and give thanks to God.
That makes me so happy Kim!! It sounds like you had a super time!! I know how sad it can be when a beautiful vacation ends…but maybe you can try to keep some of that feeling in every day life! Much love to you! <3
Great one, Lorrie! Hugs, N 🙂 <3
Thanks Natalie! Wish you a beautiful weekend! ! <3

Hi Zachary!! How are you?? Thanks for stopping by…I have not been as present as I would like…but that is life! I will take a trip over to you to see what you have been up to. Hope your world is full of wonderful things 🙂 <3
We should all stop and listen! 😄
Yes, Andy! It is a good place to start! Thanks for stopping by 🙂
