Fleeting Moments of Truth

472

All that is here in this moment

Shapes my world into all that won’t be here tomorrow

It was never here, actually

It is only fleeting moments of truth

Bound to timeless Angel wings

Ether in the mist

Rise up from the valley of hope

Into the depths of the deepest ocean of compassion

I am here now

In this moment

And

I AM

Love

Blessitude

My healing journey on the continuum of "It's all wrong" to "It's all right!" I love art and the creative process, reading, writing, and playing tennis.

  1. You really lifted me up with your words. I am super-HAPPY that you are here. I was filled with joy when you shared “I am love”. You are and always will be. I suspect you always have been. Hugs, Harlon

    1. Ah! My dear Harlon πŸ™‚ Thank you for the huge smile that starts in my heart! I wish your words were true…and maybe in the deepest layer of me it was there the whole time. But I spent many years, I started to say wasted…but I don’t like regrets, with a layer of mortar around my heart. It’s all good. I wouldn’t be who I am without those years. I send you beautiful thoughts of healing and peace ❀ Blessitude

    1. Hi Sue! Thank you so much for your very kind words πŸ™‚ I am always amazed at how the pairing of words to photographs usually happens with such synchronicity. My girlfriend sent this photo a while ago and when I saw it I knew it was perfect for this poem! I hope that you are working through your period of growth…I know there are growing pains…but you can handle them!!! Much love ❀

Ohhhhh, that’s great about your mom. Working on you? Awwww, I hope and pray you’re well Lorrie.
I’ve been sooooooo busy. Painting, and getting our house ready to move into. I am currently speckled blue. I think it’s shower time.
        Much love and blessings

        1. Thanks my friend! πŸ™‚ I love painting…well…actually I love to do it like every three years or so! But there is no easier way to completely change the feel of a room than by slapping a coat or two of paint on it! And like you…I am always speckled at the end of the day. Much love dear friend ❀

          1. Hahaha. I’m sure you’ve been speckled more than a few times eh. I also agree about painting to freshen up the room. I will have my own little, tiny office (I like to refer to it as my creativity corner πŸ™‚ ) and am trying to decide on a color I would like to do the wall my desk will be turned towards. Hmmmm… I’ll have to post a picture afterwards. Well, I’m off to get at it again.
Many blessings to you, my friend.

              1. Awwwww, thanks Lorrie. I’m thinking of a dark purple/indigo, however I love purple with yellow. Just don’t know how I’d do the two together. You know, in a way that it’s not weird or clash. I thought about putting yellow art work and photos on a purple wall, but I’ll have to see. Any suggestions? Hmmmmmm

              2. Yes!!! Before I finished reading your words I saw the purple wall with a huge painting that had purple & yellow…and it was an original by YOU!! I love it!! πŸ™‚ And I know you will make something beautiful, Staci!! πŸ˜‰

              3. Yeah! That is soooooo awesome. Thank you so much for sharing that with my Lorrie. I have actually been working on something that I have planned to make the background purple and yellow. I’m going to buy the paint this weekend.
                Bless you, my friend.
